John Gluch

Business Development and Strategy

John Gluch brings an exceptional ability to see connections and strategic opportunities that others might miss. His innovative thinking and lateral problem-solving skills have not only revolutionized the real estate industry but are now instrumental in driving The Freedom Journey's mission forward. As our Advisor of Business Development and Strategy, John applies his extensive expertise to enhance our strategic planning and operational efficiency, ensuring we effectively reach and serve those seeking freedom through Christ.

John's visionary approach led him to create a "trade-up" system in real estate, significantly easing the process for clients dealing with simultaneous buying and selling. This ability to think outside the box is a cornerstone of his role with The Freedom Journey, where he helps us develop new strategies to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

Outside of his professional achievements, John cherishes family life. He, his wife Brynne, and their two children, Eden and Trey, enjoy traveling, embracing the great outdoors, and staying active with various sports and cultural activities. John's dedication to family and community beautifully mirrors his commitment to fostering growth and transformation within The Freedom Journey and beyond.

Mandy Pallock

Curriculum and Client Experience

Mandy Pallock serves as the Advisor for Curriculum and Client Experience at The Freedom Journey, where her deep commitment to God's Word and transformative teaching enriches our program's educational content and client interactions. With over two decades of experience in print and digital communication, particularly in the non-profit sector, Mandy brings invaluable expertise to enhancing our curriculum and ensuring that every participant's journey is deeply impactful.

As the best-selling author of The Question Habit and co-creator of Life Purpose Planning, Mandy understands that the path to discovering one’s divine purpose begins with intentional questioning and engagement with scripture. Her work has equipped over 30,000 young adults to uncover and pursue their God-given purposes, reflecting her passion for helping individuals connect deeply with God and others.

Mandy is happily married to Peter, and together they are raising three children in South Texas. When she's not developing transformative educational content, Mandy enjoys sharing her insights as a writer, speaker, and podcaster at presentlyengaged.com. Her mission extends beyond her professional endeavors, as she enthusiastically supports individuals in living out their God-given purposes with clarity and passion.

Paul Dabdoub

Biblical and Spiritual Leadership

Paul Dabdoub brings his extensive experience as a speaker, writer, and leader in Christian non-profits to his role as Advisor for Biblical and Spiritual Leadership at The Freedom Journey. With a profound belief in the transformative power of faith, Paul has guided thousands towards realizing their potential and stepping into their God-given destinies. His visionary approach emphasizes the crucial role of spiritual leadership in personal and community transformation.

“I believe that the solutions to the needs of neighborhoods, communities, and cities are locked up in the hearts of people. They only need to be believed in, affirmed, and given permission to act upon it," Paul asserts. His philosophy is that transformed individuals lead to transformed communities, aligning perfectly with the mission of The Freedom Journey to facilitate deep, lasting change through spiritual healing and leadership.

Paul is passionate about the impact of life coaching as a tool for empowering individuals to lead lives of purpose and influence. Through his work at the Life Coach Training Institute, he has seen firsthand how intentional spiritual mentoring can launch powerful life trajectories and, ultimately, foster societal change.
